Context
Founded by a group of university women in Curitiba, Batuque das Minas challenges the traditionally male-dominated world of samba percussion. As the collective grew, it needed an identity as bold, diverse and powerful as its sound.
Creative move
I translated the group’s instruments and energy into a bold visual system built around vibrant colors, custom iconography, graphic patterns and an unapologetic tone of voice. The system extended across social content, event materials and the uniforms worn onstage.
Impact
The identity gave the collective a distinctive and recognizable voice across physical and digital touchpoints, expanding its presence beyond the university scene and turning every performance into a living expression of the brand.
